Philmont Meeting for Scouts

For those Scouts (and adult leaders) attending Philmont 2025, please arrive at Monday's Meeting at 6:45.

Philmont 2025 - Parents Meeting 16 September Before Court of Honor

For all those planning to attend Philmont this year, please arrive at the Court of Honor at 7:00 for a brief intro meeting to discuss initial expectations and timelines.  

A reminder for all available scouts to come to the Pack 888 Bike rodeo at Aldersgate Church from 2-4 PM to help run stations. This event counts as service hours.

The third Philmont payment is due by Sep 23. Please pay $450 by Check or PayPal. We need to collect these funds to be able to make a mandatory payment to Philmont at the end of September. Additional payments will be due as follows: $500 by 1/27/25; $500 by 2/24/25; $500 by 4/7/25; and remaining balance after trip.

The Troop is looking for an adult to lead our Recruiting efforts with the local Cub Scout Packs and schools. A Committee Secretary to take notes at the Committee meetings and to help with some of the administrative tasks is also needed.
